Neil has over 23 years experience working in Australia, USA, Hong Kong, New Zealand and the UK. He has worked primarily in the water and environmental engineering fields, and has specialised in the development and implementation of major collection system master planning projects. Projects have included sewerage network strategic planning, collection system network modelling and optimisation strategies using RTC and water quality, development of water industry information management systems, stormwater treatment and sewage treatment plant design.
Following a strong grounding in the design, construction and operation of water and collection system infrastructure, Neil has specialised in collection system modelling for sewerage and drainage system master planning and strategic planning since 1990 in the UK, and has worked closely in this advancing area of technology for over 20 years.
In recent years Neil’s expertise has broadened into the analysis, design and implementation of alternative sewerage and storm water management systems within the context of integrated water cycle management especially in the areas of pressure sewerage, STEP/STEG systems, water sensitive urban design, rain water harvesting and non-potable water substitution.
